UCCE CAD 8.5 unable to login

Hi ,

We are running ucce 8.5 with CAD 8.5. When i tried login to the CAD got the below error meessage. Tried with uninstall & install but no go.

Hi gpsriramdc,

Please remove all the CAD relevant softwares from the Windows Add\remove software options.

Also delete the CAD folder from the below path,

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\CAD

Reboot the box and install the new version freshly.
