UCCE Finesse 11.5 Domain issue

Hello,

We have challenge regarding Finesse FQDN based URL access in customer’s environment.  Actually, Finesse is in different domain i.e.  “xyz.com” and customer is in abc.net and customer not interested to add hostname along with domain i.e. “ABC4115.xyz.com”  in his DNS because of security compliance.

Can anybody having suggestion to overcome this situation so that customer will able to access the Finesse in their environment

I  suppose agents desktop's are also in abc.com .

Security issue for adding a DNS entry? That sounds bogus. Your only other route is to add a hosts entry for all the agent desktops, but that's pretty much the same thing as a DNS entry so why not use DNS?
