UCCE Lab Call Flow not working CUCM->CVP->NAM-CICM

Call is coming up to NAM and from NAM call is not hitting on CICM.  It is failling at ICM Gateway node in the Script.  What could be the possible reason for this failure?

Please support.

 

 

I am getting below error in NAM-RTR logs

08:58:08:547 ra-rtr Trace: (33 x 0 : 16777226 0) Deleting Dialog.

Not sure what is this error about.

Have you configured anything under "Dialed Number/ Script Selector list" settings?

yes 6666 is the DNIS created at NAM as well CICM and mapped it with Call Type and Script as well...

There was an issue with VRU Type in the configration.... I chage it from Type 2 to Type 10 and it got resolved.
