UCCE Outbound campaign priority

Hi,

Is there any way to set some kind of priority for different outbound campaigns? If I have five campaigns, can I make sure that one of them has priority to call customers and select available agents?

Any workaround is useful

Hi Cornel,

you can try setting a higher OutboundPercent for the skill groups you want to prioritize thus giving them a higher chance.

Or, you can play with the Penetration settings, so a campaign will stop earlier (with the lower penetration number) than the one with a higher value.
