UCCE Outbound Dialer delete issue from config manager

Dear Networkers,

We have an UCCE 8.5 solution with CVP 8.5 Comprehensive Model using SIP.
We recently migrated the signaling from H323 to SIP for CVP and we need to change the
Dialer to be using SIP instead of SCCP.
We unistalled the SCCP Dialer Option from PG Server and we installed it again using SIP
Option.

The issue is that from Configuration manager - Dialer, Our Dialer is still considered as
an SCCP Dialer and the option is grayed out.
We tried to delete the Dialer to create it again but it could not be deleted. We receive
an error message saying that it's still referenced in the Network Target table as you can see attached here.

Can you please help ?

Hi Ed,

Yes u were right my friend !
I found Device Targets attached to that dialer, once I deleted them, I was able to delete the dialer.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Ed,

I installed the Outbound dialer on a PG, and I configured it in the AW and configured the ports (140 ports)

From the ba_Dialer process, i can see that there are 140 ports configured, but ready ports=0

Can you please advise ? Thanks in advance.

Best Regards.
