UCCE Reporting and which Party has disconned the calls ? Agent / Customer

Hi Guys

I would like make a CUIC report which will show which party has disconnec the Calls. There are lots of Dispostion Code in Termination call Detail table.

Disposition Code 52 means ...Called party Disconned the calls. Please anyone can help me on this.

Hi, can you tell us the version of your ICM instance?

As far as I know - I might be wrong on this - there's no easy way to get this information out of the Termination_Call_Detail table (view). CDR data for that call, however, contains this information. Joining CDR and TCD might be a bit challenging, but not impossible.

Please post the version of your ICM and I will try to look it up somewhere.

I agree with Gergely, the information is available in CUCM CDR. You need to join the CDR with TCD in case you want to have agent information in your report. Otherwise, you can get the information from CUCM CDR directly based on the extension
