UCCE version 11.5

Hello,

We are going to upgrade to UCCE 11.5. I need a diagram with the UCCE 11.5 contact center servers does anyone have one. Also, does the UCCE 11.5 still use AW/HD servers as well as router and pg servers and is the any new servers in UCCE 11.5 that there was not in UCCE 8.5. I just need High level idea of what UCCE 11.5 will have. Also can the Finesse client by customized new tabs our business wants. Last question is the live data reporting server only display real time stats or can you run historical reports?

I suggest you have a look at UCCE SRND version 11.5 which has some digrams along with nice explenation of the architecture.

Yes.

No. real time only - and much more real time than before.
