UCCE with remote desktop capabilities

Hi all,

I'm looking for a solution which is able to integrate with UCCE (i.e. webchat) which can extend to a remote desktop session. Customer will initiate a chat session and after the initial troubleshooting, a remote desktop session (i.e. 3rd party / webex?) will be establish between customer and agent for more detail checks.
