UCCE8 Outbound Dialer Calls mismatch between skill groups
We are currently experiencing the following problem:
During outbound campaign, if the Default skill group is not defined for every agent, the agents from given skill group are receiving calls from all other active campaigns randomly. If we set the default skill group, there is no such problem, but we cannot use Agent Re-skilling tool. We have only one skill group per campaign and every agent is member of only one skill group.
We are using ICM 8.0.2, CTIOS 8.0.2, CAD Server 8.0.1, Call Manager 8.0.3a
Admin and routing scripts are the same from our previous version of IPCC (7.2.4). There everything was fine!
