UCCX 10.0 Prompt Upload issue

                   Hi All,

I have configured UCCX System version: 10.0.1.10000-50 in our Lab.When i try to upload prompt i am getting attached error.can anyone pls help on this?

Hi All, IE has issues, that's the reason. With Firefox for me it works like a charm. Use Firefox. By the way Chrome doesn't work either. Regards, Attila

I think Gergely is talking about this defect:

filename is truncated to 64 characters during script upload

Symptom:
saved prompts/scripts unavailable or do not appear on application/script
management page when uploaded

Conditions:
prompt/script filename exceeds 64 characters

But this is not the case since the filename is quite small, moreover you are using CCX 10, try renaming the prompt to something else and try again.

This is  Dev build of UCCX and used by the DE team only for testing and Development.

Having said that the FCS is 10.0.1.10000-56. Please work with this and let me know if you face the same issue.

If Yes, please try zipping the prompt file and then uploading the same.

Note: Ensure that you are using the right version of IE and Firefox while doing this. For details on versions, check compatibility matrix.
