uccx 10.5 resources

Hi,

i have a question concerning UCCX 10.5

I had to reinstall CUCM 10.5 due to vm ware issues.

After the reinstall i managed to get the sync between CUCM and UCCX working. But i have troubles to get my end-users, that are configured in CUCM as resources in UCCX.

Using the rmcm wizard in UCCX i get all end users, but none of them is recognized as resource. Afaik the parameter to set the IPCC extionsion is gone in CUCM 10.5

Does anyone know what to do?

Do you have them built as CTI users in CUCM?

So, do the users have IPCC extension defined or not in CUCM?

Is axl application user defined properly?

Does IPCC show up as True on enterprise parameters in CUCM?

Hi,

thanks for your responses.

all end users have the permission "Standard CTI Enabled"

In CUCM 10.5 it is not possible to assign an IPCC extension.Its only possible to set a "primary extension".

The AXL user has axl permissions

is there any possiblity to set the enterprise parameter IPCC Express Installed to true. Now its on false.

Hi Chris,

it worked now i get the additional IPCC extension parameter in the end user configuration.

Also the sync with UCCX is working for resources.
