uccx 10 A blank page is displayed when you access the Live Data report with CUIC

Hello I need help. I have cisco Unified CCX Administration

System version: 10.0.1.11001-37


But reports of live data or real time do not show, only shown page in black.

I have this issue

Did you check your DNS settings?

  • The DNS is not configured or the local hosts file does not have IP - FQDN mapping for Unified CCX.

- Forward and reverse DNS lookup of the Unified CCX server is not working on the device from which the reports are accessed.

please verify if  java is installed on your pc and enale access on ccx from java setting;

if you are not on the same network verify DNS resolution.

This issue for me was

This issue for me was resolved by turning off the Diffie-Heilman settings in the browser.  Using the disabel-dhe addon in firefox helped to accomplish this.
