Dear All,
we have CUCM 11.5.1.10000-6 and UCCX 11.5.1.10000-61 in lab environment when I try to create CCG they give me this error "Error while performing the operation. Please look into logs for more information.".
I check the computability matrix, JTAPI resync it's fine ?
any idea ?

Hello,
For how long your LAB is been running? Over 60 days possibly?
If we are we using the Demo licensing on CUCM , there is a chance Licensing is restricting the creation of CTI ports.
Have you rebooted the CUCM server? every time you reboot 1 day grace period become available.
Otherwise is likely we are hitting this defect:

Hello,
thank you for your replay.
it's fresh installation and it's working with premium license in both server "CUCM and UCCX".
for the bug that you mention I see that this bug is fixed in version 11.5.
I deleted UCCX 11.5 and install 11.0 and it's working fine.
