Dears ,
Kindly i need a help in couple of things in UCCX , i want to integrate the system with oracle 12 c database
but the connection failed , i'm not what exzatly the needed driver for the integration and what is the exzatly the JDBC URL must be entered .
The second thing , after this I want the values that I gathered from the database yo be shown to the agents at the finesse server , means that I want the script depend on the caller number to collect this caller information from the database and then show it to finesse when the agent answers the call .
