UCCX 4-5-1SR2 CAD Agent shows partial service, disappears from Supervisor
Supervisors running the Cisco Supervisor Desktop are seeing remote WAN users disappears a couple seconds every so often. UCCX 4.5.1SR2, CAD Version 6.2(1)
I've been on the phone with TAC (SR607082825) for a couple weeks, customer is having packet loss or routing issues in their MPLS cloud, the customer hasn't been able to resolve the network problems. In CAD for the remote agents you see Partial Service, details shows Chatting going Partial Service every x minutes. Local users have no issues, just WAN CAD users.
Is there a way to disable the chat service on the UCCX Server?
We can telnet between CAD and Server 59020, all previous TAC cases relate back to NAM/IPS, etc.
