We had a shutdown on the weekend and unfortunately the RtCSQsSummary table for 3rd party wallboard are not updated anymore.
The wallboard are currently showing all 0s and when I check the RtCSQsSummary table on CRS Server directly it also returns all 0s. The Queues are working okay and the Realtime Report on the CRS are showing correct stats, so I believe the issue is only on the RtCSQsSummary table only.
I have checked the Realtime Config and all the checkboxes have been checked. I even tried to uncheck and recheck again but the table is still not updated.
We rebooted the UCCX server last night but it still not fixed.
Has anyone experience this before? any known fix for this issue?
