UCCX 5.0(1) script refresh issue

Hello Guys,

When I upload a script to UCCX, when it comes the time to refresh. I get this error

" Refresh failed. Please check if the engine is running "

could you let me know how to resolve this problem

Hi Chris,

Have you made any recent updates to either CCM or UCCX? Possibly a jtapi update? The quickest way to resolve the issue is to either reboot the UCCX server or the CRS Engine.

not that I'm aware of. thank you for the heads up. I will restart the CRS engine
