UCCX 5.0(1) SR2 ES1 CSD Error

Using CSD we can monitor agents status, but some agents do not appear in the real time stats. Why is it happening?

Hi Carlos,

Make sure Agents are part of team. Do you see them as part of supervisor team when you run Desktop administrator. It should list you all the teams and superivsors along with agents.

Could you pls post snapshot from Administrator desktop showing team, supervisor and agents.
