Unfortunately there's no way to disable recording without disabling monitoring. The problem is that the recording buttons are defaults actions on CSD that cannot be removed or edited.
As a workaround you could try something 'ugly' like renaming the Recording & Playback service on the UCCX server (RPserver) C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin\RPServer.exe
Another 'not so ugly' workaround would be to modify the registry entry that points to the location where recording are stored to an invalid network location, effectively breaking the recording capability: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Spanlink\CAD\Recording & Playback Server\config
