Hi guys,
I'm trying to backup the contact center locally to a shared folder.
Here is the error I am receiving:
ArchivingFailureEvent id=440, archiveId=CRS_1225203302475_, errorCode=ARCHIVE_CREATION_ERROR, statusMessage=tar failed with error code: 2, cmd: Tar.exe -c --atime-preserve -f "\\<IP>\UCCXBackup\Backup10-28-08#17-15.tar" \\STI\\Backup, refer to the MCVD logfiles for more details
com.cisco.archive.impl.ArchiveFailureException: ArchivingFailureEvent id=440, archiveId=CRS_1225203302475_, errorCode=ARCHIVE_CREATION_ERROR, statusMessage=tar failed with error code: 2, cmd: Tar.exe -c --atime-preserve -f "\\<IP>\UCCXBackup\Backup10-28-08#17-15.tar" \\STI\\Backup
This is the error I found in the MCVD log:

The error " %MCVD-BOOTSTRAP_MGR-7-UNK:transction manager uuid " means - After Config object replace() operation aborted, the READ lock on the Config object is not got released. That caused the subsequent operation failed. Try the bug id CSCsh84808.
