I've installed a Callmanager 6.1.2 with UCCX 5.0(2) on separate servers, same subnet with UCCX as a Single Node install. I've completed the Express install and setup portion, but upon login to Appadmin, the following Error message populates:
âThe Cisco JTAPI Client versions are inconsistent. Please go to Cisco JTAPI Resync in the Unified CM Telephony Subsystem to install the Cisco JTAPI Client.â
From here I go to Subsystems, Unified CM Telephony and run the 'Cisco JTAPI Resync'. After Cisco JTAPI Resync, Error message populates
âCisco JTAPI Client: An error has occurred while trying to resynchronize the Cisco JTAPI Client. Please try Cisco JTAPI Resync in CRS Administration again.â
The JTAPI versions are the exact same between the Express server and CallManager:
Cisco JTAPI version 6.1(2.1000)-12 Release
Until the Express server sees the JTAPI versions as consistent, The CRS Engine -> CM Telephony Subsystem will not go into Service. Does anyone have insight into how I can get this resolved?
