UCCX 5.0 Supervisor/Agent Desktop not connecting to LDAP

All,

I have some odd erros with UCCX 5.0. This is a new install as part of a migration. I've built a 2 node HA cluster and there are license files on there.

When I try to connect the Supervisor or Agent desktop on my pc, the splash screen appears then tells me that it failed and to check the logs.

The log file shows that the software tries to connect to the LDAP on the UCCX/IPCC server (correct address) but it failes. The actual error states:

"Failed to bind to LDAP server <10.102.0.100>: <-1> <Can't contact LDAP server>

LRM_1000 CLrmcApiBase::GetActiveLRM: Failed

Any comments or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Please check your AXL Provider configuration on UCCX 5.0 . Make sure you are using the correct AXL user id . The AXL user id can be CCMAdministrator.
