UCCX 5.02 Premium with UC 6.1

I am hoping to get some guidance on Outbound preview dialing:

scenario: Customer has a Basic SQL database and a newly installed CCX Premium. I understand how the outbound Preview dialer works, from the documentation it talks about the contacts being imported into the CRA Database. What I would like to know is if there is a way to pull the info from the External SQL database and use that database for the campaigning, or is there a synch mechanism so the database can by synchronized every day.

Far as I know you must import via a text file via the web interface, manually. This is covered in the UCCXD class, BTW. See page 14-26 of the CCX 5.0(1) admin guide.

You may want to look at a product from Radianta, called Campaign Express:
