Historical Reporting is used very frequently all the day, that's why, in order not to stress the UCCX servers, we need to create a database on another server where we replicate the Historical database in real time (just like the DB replication between the active and standby UCCX servers).
This database will be used to generate new customized reports using Crystal Reports. These reports will be used frequently bu contact center administrators.
Does anyone have an idea about the feasibility of this solution?
