UCCX 7.0(1) call recording service

Hello;

I use UCCX 7.0 with CCM 7.0.2. My UCCX doesn't have HA licence. I dont need subscriber IPCC. I just want to separate call recording service to another server because of its load to CPU. Is it possible to install 2 UCCX server as single node but use one of them just for call recording?

Hello, unfortunately the only way to achieve this will be adding a high-availabilty server and starting only the monitoring & recording components. but you'll need proper HA license and install SQL just as if you wanted the second node to run all CRS engine components.
