UCCX 7.0.1- how to Clear CRS DB

Hi

Is there way to do clear CRS Database?.

Because we are planning to go live, so needs to clear all the UAT records from Database.

Our system setup is UCCX 7.0.1 and CUCM 7.0.

Please advice it would be much appreciated.

found it, There is a purge option available to clear the Historical DB. The step are

UCCX Appadmin page

Tools

Historical reporting

Select purge now.
