UCCX 7.0(1) SR4 node manager hung state

I have a HA set-up and tried to delete a CSQ from appadmin. This caused the Node Manager to go into a hung state. I have not been able to restart it. It tries to start but fails. I have not noticed anything out of the ordinary in MIVR logs so far. The subsciber is running fine as the master right now. Not sire if this is a bug in SR4 or not. Has anyone run into this while deleteting a CSQ from appadmin?

Hi Keven,

Run the Scan Disk Util to scan for disk problems, click fix automatically.

Restart Server, look at console to see if the Utility pick up and fix any disk corruption.

Did you find a resolution to this issue?  I'm experiencing the same thing.  Master server in HA pair Node Manager hangs on startup.  We're also on UCCX 7.0(1) SR4.
