UCCX 7.0 Backup and Restore for Historical Reporting

Hi All,

Could anybody let me know please if in UCCX 7.0 it is possible to backup Historical Reporting and later to restore it using Backup and Restore tool? If not, is there any way to move HR from one UCCX hardware server to another?

Hi

Unfortunately  for UCCX there is no specific tool which  can take backup of only historical data,  the general backup prcoess backs up most of the info (data/ configuration etc). But the restoration of this data can be done on a clean UCCX box.

There might be some SQL commands which can extract data but not sure about that.

This restoration of the data on a clean UCCX box, does it restore Historical Records as well?

Yup it should restore historical data but make sure you follow the instruction on how to restore the backed up data as per the guide provided earlier.
