Hi, I just added a new agent on the UCCX 7.0, everything works fine except the chat function. The symptom is he can't see other team members in the chat tool and other memebers can't see him neither. I checked the RmCM setting and confirmed all of them are in the same team. Anyone has ideas how to troubleshoot this issue?

Your issue could be caused by a DDTs (CSCtd46752), if the issue happens again please check the following document to confirm it and do the workaround

You can try resynchronizing from the Desktop Administrator UI (https://serverip:6293/teamadmin). If that doesn't do the trick you'll need to restart. Sometimes the data replication from SQL into the Calabrio LDAP needs a service restart.

You can also verify that the agent is part of the same workflow as the other agents, this can be done through Cisco Desktop Administrator as well.

Hi, the problem has been fixed. What I did is change the agent from team Helpdesk to team Default, then run the report for this agent, and then change it back to team Helpdesk, then run the report again. He can see other team members now. Not sure which step triggle the update.
Anyway, thanks for all the replies
