UCCX 7.0 Get Reporting Statistic - Logged in Resources = -1

I am running a check in a script to verify Logged in Resources from the CSQ:

Get Reporting Statistic:

Report Object: CSQ IPCC Express

Field: Logged-In Resources

Row ID: CSQ

Result Statistic: loggedInResources (int variable type)

IF Logged-In Resources < 1 THEN redirect to VM

I am also grabbing Not Ready Resources into a notReadyResources (int variable type) and doing the following IF:

IF notReadyResources == loggedInResources THEN redirect to vm.

While testing, debugging showed that when one agent was "talking", the loggedInResources variable showed a "-1" in lieu of a "1".  I have seen other posts where this occurs, but no resolutions.

Suggestions?

Thanks!
