UCCX 7.0 not display menu

Hi,

this is strange. At least "Logout" should be there.

Did it ever work? I see that's probably IE 6 which is a supported browser, popup blockers should be disabled and the appropriate JRE installed, but these menus are CSS or JS based so they should work.

Did you try rebooting the server yet?

UCCX 7.0 not display menu

Hi,

it's strange yes ,  i tried to reboot server, restart services, logout and login.
I tried 3 different browsers (ie,firefox, chrome) but it's not a java or css problem, the HTML code below

show null

As you can see id menu_1 and menu_5 is empty , while menu_6 (help menu) is filled with options..

For this page

I had an idea, to use directly the address bar without click any button, so i put in address bar this:

http://x.y.z.w/appadmin/CCMConfig?request_type=configure

and it show me

Unauthorized Access

.........

Fortunately , what i need to know is the jtapi trigger route point number, so i put on address bar

http://x.y.z.w/appadmin/JTAPITrigger

and i see configuration...but menu still hidden .... WTF??

I'm wondering why i can't see all menus..

Hi,

based on that "Cisco Application Supervision" label on the login screen, the account you logged in with has only Supervisor rights. Or, something has gone wrong and now the system is confused about who you are. I mean, what authorization level (Administrator, Supervisor, Reporting) your account happens to have. Can you try logging in with a different account, preferably, an Administrator one?

Hi Gergely, unfortunatly i don't know other credential that utilize for the login,

because i don't have installed this UCCX.

The only one user that i retrieved from customer is the standard:

Administrator ciscocisco.

Hi,

there must be something unusual happening with your UCCX. The Administrator/ciscocisco login/password combination is supposed to be temporary, it enables the person installing UCCX to log into the web administration tool which then finishes the installation, and among others, asks for a regular user name, then this temporary login is disabled.

Are you absolutely sure there's no other account you could try?
