based on that "Cisco Application Supervision" label on the login screen, the account you logged in with has only Supervisor rights. Or, something has gone wrong and now the system is confused about who you are. I mean, what authorization level (Administrator, Supervisor, Reporting) your account happens to have. Can you try logging in with a different account, preferably, an Administrator one?
there must be something unusual happening with your UCCX. The Administrator/ciscocisco login/password combination is supposed to be temporary, it enables the person installing UCCX to log into the web administration tool which then finishes the installation, and among others, asks for a regular user name, then this temporary login is disabled.
Are you absolutely sure there's no other account you could try?
