I am trying to develop a common script for inbound calls that can be used with multiple languages, CSQs etc.
I have written the script and it works fine with the langauge, CSQ and so on being set by looking at which trigger was called and setting appropriate variables using a Switch String step.
My issue is that some services have different opening and closing times. The Time of Day step does not allow variables to be used to set open/closed times so I need to find another way to do this.
I am guessing that is would be possible to allocate the opening and closed times to variables in the Switch String step that sets language, CSQ etc.and then use some Expression Language statements to query these but I am not a Java person.
