Hello,

Is all reporting information stored on backups for restore?

So, if i do a backup and restore to a new server is all the historical info migrated?

All DBs are backed up, the main DB is db_cra.

What is backed up?

• Clusters, configurations, and applications profile in the data repository

• Workflow scripts that are already uploaded in the data repository

• The db_cra repository, FCRasSvr database

• Unified IVR configuration data (such as open bootstrap and flat files)

• Unified IVR recording files

• Windows hosts and lmhosts

• Unified CM Telephony configuration (jtapi.ini)

• User prompts, grammars, and documents under these paths:

- c:\Program Files\wfavvid\Prompts\user

- c:\Program Files\wfavvid\Grammars\user

- c:\Program Files\wfavvid\Documents\user
