UCCX 7.01 moh

Need help in troubleshooting moh in UCCx. Ihave hold/unhold steps in the script but when no agent is loggid in no MOH is heard, just 3 beeps. Using UCM 6.1.2 with a "SampleAudioSource"

Have configured Network Hold MOH in the CTI ports.

What is the logic when there are no agents logged in? The MOH you hear is when call is in queue, and that is when you use the hold/unhold steps, if there are no agents logged in I would imagine you are not sending the call into queue, thus you are not doing hold/unhold steps. Let us know what the logic is and we can assist.

3 beeps indicate MOH configuration issues, where the actual file can not be played, typically due to wrong MRGL being used.

OK my understanding was that calls go into the queue even if no agent is logged in. I can hear the prompt.

The script I am using is uploaded.
