UCCX 7.01 Partial Service Prompt Manager

Why would Prompt Manager be in partial service?

3 Replies 3

Hi Donald

In most cases this happens because prompts are deleted however still referenced in a script.

I have seen other senarios where this happens however for you to identify what needs to be fixed/cleaned up find when the prompt manager went into partial service.

Review the mivr logs from that timestamp for the keyword MIVR-PROMPT_MGR and partial.

This will let you know which prompt is causing the system to go into partial and correct accordingly.

This is what I found but it does not seem to contain any useable information.
