Does anyone know how to configure IMAP SSL Settings in Agent E-Mail Feature?

I'm pretty sure there is a bug on this in 7.0(1)SR1. The bug toolkit won't show it to me. I would recommend opening a TAC case to see what's up. I _believe_ this is slated for 7.0(1)SR3.

I already Installed SR3, and i have no idea how to configure Agent E-Mail IMAP with SSL, any idea?

This is done within CDA. There is a setting within the IMAP server configuration to use SSL or not.

Also regarding the bug I referenced earlier: It is CSCsz97295 for those interested.
