I have the issue with CAD Web Browser integration, I configured the HTTP Action at "Ready" and "Ringing". When the cusomer's call is routed to agent my crm application will pop up the customer's profile. but if the new customer's call is routed to that agent again it will pop-up the same tab. That mean the old customer profile page will be replaced by new customer's profile.
Could you please, advise me how to configure it to pop-up separate tab in the CAD? Thanks you very much for your advice.
