I am setting up the inbound agent e-mail option on UCCX 7. the problem I have is the "E-Mail addresses that map to this CSQ" setting seems to be case sensitive. If I add the address "email@example.com" then send an email to it, with all lower case, it works fine. But if I sent it too "Support@domainname.com" it does not route to an agent (and when I look on the server it is moved to the "Not Routable" folder.
Is there a way to set this up so it will route the email regardless of the case on the email address?
