UCCX 7. SQL install

I'm installing UCCX 7 with HA and am having trouble with the SQL install. I am using an MSDN cd for SQL 2000, but the install does not work as advertised. Do I need a consumer version of SQL2000 cd or must I purchase the SQL2000 cd from Cisco? Anyone know the Cisco Part No?

Re: UCCX 7. SQL install

Hi Brandan

You need the Cisco SQL 2000 DVD which you have to order. You cannot just use any SQL server disk. I believe you used to be able to though in the older versions.

The part code i think is CCXIVR-70DB1PS1. That is what is on the box any way.

Thanks,

Matt

Thanks Matt,

That explains it. We didn't need the Cisco disc for version 4. I finally found the Part No if anyone else is looking.
