UCCX 8.0.2 HR error

Hi team,

I am getting  the following error when I try to generate a new report "timezone string is not valid". I Installed the Historical report in 3 PCs with windows 7 but the error continues.

hello Jose,

Check  CSCts95703  .

It is fixed in 8.5.1SU3  or you can contact  TAC for the patch.
