UCCX 8.0.2SU4(with DEMO License) and CUCME 8.5 Integration Issue

Hi Folks,

Recently i had deployed the above sustem but seem to be having issue which I hope to get some advise. Thanks.

1. CAD witout any 'Answer/Transfer/Conference' button - refer to CAD captured file (is this normal behaviour?)

2. I had setup 3 IP Phones, which two units for agents and another one used for calling to UCCX route point (9001). The issue we face is the call was NOT routed to another agent (status is Ready) if 1st agent was not answered the call. The call will termintated instead. (extension mobility was used for the agent's phone)
