I have a requirement from a customer to gather some information from a caller in the IVR write this information to a custom file with a unique name and save it on a remote server.
Initial thoughts are gathering the information, creating the file is simple enough, I will use the session # for the file name, as that should be unique, the remote server is a Windows server that will have a shared folder setup for us to write to. Where I am tripping myself up though, is how do I save the file to a remote server?
We are running UCCX 8 with premium licenses.
on Windows version of CCX I would of mapped the filder to the server then just saved to mapped folder with the Write Document step. pretty sure I can't do that anymore.
