UCCX 8.5(1)SU2 in Cisco Supervisor Desktop I see Barge/Intercept Inactive.

UCCX 8.5(1)SU2   CAD 8.5 CSD (Cisco Supervisor Desktop) showing Barge/Intercpet shows Inactive

What are some reasons the Cisco Supervisor Desktop would show Barge/Intercept as being Inactive? I am logged into Agent Desktop first. We are using Extension Mobility.

Hi

It just uses CTI to force a transfer from the agent or a conference with the agent/cust. So there's not much reason for it to be grey other than:

1) Not logged into CAD (you are logged in, so not this in your case)

2) Not having click on the actual call (click + next to the agvent then click the actual inbound/outbound call)
