UCCX 8.5 CAD Call Activity Information Display

Hi,

I have just configured UCCX 8.5(1)SU2 Enhanced with agents using CAD 8.5(1).

When a call arrives at an agent they get the display below:

Notice that there is no information about CSQ, Skill or Route Point as I remember being displayed in older versions such as the 4.0 system shown below.

My question is does UCCX 8.5 not show this information by default. If it should show it does anyone have any suggestions why my system is not doing so and how I can fix it?

UCCX 8.5 CAD Call Activity Information Display

I think the issue was caused by misconfiguration of enterprise data - when I cleared this the CSQ, Skill etc stuff appeared.
