Uccx 8.5 call in queue after hours

Hello,

can someone tell me how I can send a call stuck in queue to automatic go to voicemail if the call center is already close so it wont sit in queue forever until the caller hangs up?

Any suggestions please help.

Hi,

well, you can add a mechanism to check (based on the actual time of day or the number of logged in agents or any other condition) and if it evaluates to true, then you can send the call to the VM using the Call Redirect step. For example:
