UCCX 8.5 Historical Report cannot generate report for 1 month

Hi All,

I have problem with my uccx historical reporting, when i want to generate report for agent login-logout activity for 1 month,

it only generate for 6 days and it show that the report is truncated. According to CSCti90729, the historical report can only display max 10,000 record but i only get about 10 record. Any one have idea what the problem is?? I already restart the server but the problem still exist.

If you try to create a report within that month (let's say, first week of that month), does it work?

It is my first time use it.

When i create report for for 1 week,it also truncated.
