uccx 8.5 new script dont work..

Its uccx 8.5...default script works but when downloaded and renamed the same script and uploaded back ...refreshed...used under same test application before name changing....gets error with system error prompt...

Did reactive debug but its not even reaching to script....But the same default script works OK...

MIVR logs has ScriptNotFound exception....

Any help appreciated..

Please post the script so that we can review it.

When you say "default script", do you mean the default script of your application, or a system script?

uccx 8.5 new script dont work..

we tested aa.aef (system default script) which worked with test application..

Downloaded that and saved as "aab.aef" without making any change to the script itself....

Uploaded back - refreshed - change script under test application to the aab.aef.....refresed application.

Then tested ... this time its not even hitting script...but caller hears

"

I’m sorry we are currently experiencing system problems and unable to process your call, please try again later.”

And from the MIVR logs....there is exception scriptNotfound.....??

What is the state of your Configuration Data Store?  It's under CCX Severiceablility.

Also, have you tried created a script from scratch and uploading it, versus copying the system script?

uccx 8.5 new script dont work..

There was a change in one of the UCCX 8.5 service releases, SR1 or SR2 if memory serves, that broke backward compatibility and the symptoms looked a lot like this. The moment you save a script with an upgraded Editor, the script can't be read by an older Engine. I've gotten gotten bit by that a few times. Deinstall your CRS Editor and install a fresh copy directly from the UCCX cluster you're working with to make sure you have a matching version, and try again.

uccx 8.5 new script dont work..

This is an HA environment...I found now that when we refresh script and application from Primary uccx server, it works.

Secondary does see script and running FULL SERVICE....but if we do refresh (script and appliation) only on secondary after new upload...it gives as above logs...

Is this normail behavior and if it is...is there cisco doc....as  i did not found any...
