UCCX 8.5-Prompt caller to leave vm and announce queue wait time

Hello experts,

I would like to get some guidance on configuring a script which will ask callers to leave VM after certain amount of hold time and can also advise

customer about the queue wait time.

Currently I have the script configured such that caller is presented with the choice to select any one of the 3 queues and then call will land into

the specific queue. If no agent is available, a prompt will be played to advice caller to continue to hold.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
