We have UCCX version 8.5 and we are looking to use it as a Call Center for more than one company but we have an issue regarding reporting as any company can generate the reports for the other one so do you have any idea how to make it so company A can generate his own reports only.
There is no way to block them from seeing all records, you can look into upgrading to version 9/10 and using CUIC vs. HRC, there might be a way to create better seperation, though I have not looked into it and not sure if that would be possible. CCX was not designed to be hosted contact center solution, UCCE hosted is a product for that.
but also I tried version 9 also the same issue but my concern is it possible to do that by changing the SQL statement which is come by default with UCCX historical report to include only report for certain CSQ for exmple. and do it per machine based.
