I have a UCCX 8.5 single server deployment that has been up and running for about 6 months. I now need to add a failover server to the UCCX cluster. Can I simply add the HA server into the mix or do I need to rebuild the entire cluster? I haven't been successful finding any Cisco documentation about adding a second server after the fact. My assumption is that this should not be a problem as long as I reconfigure the clients, but want to make sure.
Anyone done this and/or know when to find any Cisco docs related to this?
